Strong record with Manuel Franco aboard, including eight wins. Will strip fitter and is one of the big chances. SMOOTH BREEZE (1) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1710m at Gulfstream Park Turf (Turf). Should be near its peak for this. Going well and has strong prospects. GENERAL BANKER (3) finished a 10 length fifth on dirt at Aqueduct two back then followed up with a minor placing on dirt at Aqueduct over 1609m three-and-a-half weeks ago. Nice class drop this time. Well placed and should be in the finish. SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN (6) lines up for the first time since October 25. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1609m at Aqueduct Turf.
