Aintree Race 3 - William Hill Molyneux Hurdle (Grade 2) (Formerly Registered As The Elite Hurdle) (Gbb Race)

MYDADDYPADDY (4) emerged as one of the leading British novice performers last season delivering a sterling effort to finish 1.5L third in the G1 Supreme at Cheltenham on his final start. In receipt of weight from main rival ALEXEI (1) here which could see him come out on top. That rival improved out of handicap company last winter to take minor honours in the G1 Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham (fourth) prior to a 3.75L third here attempting the 4000m Aintree Hurdle. Probably more to come this term. MANGE TOUT (5) capped off a great juvenile season with G1 glory here in the Anniversary Hurdle (3400m) during April. Sure to figure with the benefit of a fillies allowance. LUCKY PLACE (2) might find this trip a little sharp on return however brings class.
