HAZZA IS WATCHING (10) has produced some good efforts since winning from a similar draw to this at Dubbo back in February. Draws wide and finished fourth at his latest appearance at Bathurst. Draws out on the second line so may need luck at some point but has won here before. Primary contender. LAST FLITE (7) led and faded in a higher-graded race last week at Bathurst but was racing well prior with a string of top-four finishes including a Parkes win. May need luck extracting from the inside of the second row but if she gets the gaps she is capable of a strong performance. ALICE ON THE BEACH (1) goes up in grade but added to her consistent form when runner-up at Temora last time out and is aided by the ace draw. GABBYS SPORTSTAR (9) draws on the back line this time but could be close to a win after two successive placings.
