Winton Race 5 - WOODLANDS STUD MBL PACE
EL DRAEGO (5) drew a wide gate last start and was safely held, beaten 20 metres into seventh at Addington over 1980m. This should be an easier assignment so she is sure to prove tough to beat. WAKAI HANA (2) made an impressive return last time out when successful over 2200m at Ascot Park Raceway on October 15, getting home by 2.25 metres. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. That latest effort is good enough to take out a race like this. MIKI SKIPPER (6) is worth another chance after a last-start 11th over 2200m at Ascot Park Raceway five days ago. FEAR GOGH (1) disappointed last time when seventh over 1700m at Ascot Park Raceway. Can do a lot better so is worth considering.
