ROLL THE ACES (1) looks close to a win after placing for the third time in his last five starts here when he came from wider and finished runner-up at this circuit and distance, beaten a neck. Should enjoy an economical run from the ace draw so could break through. STIPULATING (7) was a winner here three back then drew on the back row last week and went back but worked home in good style to finish 1.4 metres from the winner in second. Interesting to see what unfolds from this wide draw but he is a leading hope if things go his way. TUFFASOLDBOOTS (2) draws well again and is a chance after a string of sound recent performances, the latest a solid third at this circuit and distance. DIDNT I (9) draws for a trail and did well to place from a wider barrier last time.
