Has the speed to take advantage of the ace draw. PLATINUMS BOY (6) turned in a much better effort last time out when runner-up at this venue, beaten 1.3 metres. Draws wider but should be approaching peak fitness now. Leading hope. COUNTRY MAJOR (2) draws well and comes off a good effort to place here last start. Building in fitness and is looming as a threat. NASHVILLE BART (9) may need some luck from the back row but is going well, placing here two back before finishing only 3.6m away at Newcastle last time out.
