Draws wide and hasn't raced for six weeks but was kept up to the mark with a trial placing. THE TAX CULLECTOR (1) has been tackling stronger races and coming from wide or second line draws but was beaten only 1.5m at Newcastle the last time he drew on the pegs and should enjoy an economical run. RAINBOW JET (2) has recorded a win and a placing in his last two outings at Narrabri and draws closer to the pegs. GROSESTAR (7) came from this barrier when he scored at this venue last month has been about the mark since.
