Led and kept going when he won two back at Ballarat so deserves another chance. MONTANA MUSCLE (5) has had four runs this campaign without filling a placing but was solid last time at Echuca, coming from this barrier and finishing 6.4 metres away from the winner in fourth. Should be peaking now. The recent form of PATNWILL (1) doesn't leap of the page but the ace draw gives him the chance to show more. AFRICAN GALA (7) may need luck from a wide draw but has claims off a close second at Kilmore three back.
