MAHINDI NZ (3) recorded back-to-back wins here last month and could be close to another success after placing from a wider barrier last week. Strong claims from a good draw. BLACKJACK CRIPPA (6) draws wider than when fourth last start at Albion Park but is suited returning to a circuit and distance where he owns a strong record including a win from this barrier in his last attempt. HOLD ONTO YA BLING (7) is back from a break of three-and-a-half months and looks to be right up to the mark following a placing in a recent trial. Draws for a nice trail so expecting a bright start to the campaign. MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (1) led to win here earlier this month so can take advantage of the inside draw.
