HI MANAMEISJEFF NZ (11) has placed in his two starts here off a spell, last time beaten just over 6m by wonder mare Captains Mistress. Cops a wide draw but he has won from out there before and doesn't have to chase a champion tonight. Goes well third-up so should be hitting peak fitness and owns an impressive strike rate at the mile. SINALOA (4) was last seen when a close second here three months ago and won the last time he tried the mile. Showed his talent with a Chariots of Fire placing behind Captains Mistress earlier this season. Has yet to miss a place in five fresh attempts, winning three, and will be ready to go off two nice trials. HEZA PUNK ROCKER NZ (9) has switched to the Seaton Grima yard since last seen. Draws out but came from wider to win at this circuit and distance back in August. DANCE WITH CARMER (5) steps up in grade but is going well enough to be competitive. SAINT CRUSADER (3) is another up in class but has been racing well from wider barriers so will enjoy this draw.
