Draws on the back line but he has proven a few times now that he can win from there and his record is tough to knock. CARDIGAN DAN (2) led and stuck on well for second to ENJOY LIFE in the Vicbred Final last start, finishing only 2.5m behind him. A good draw gives him the chance to turn the tables. SOHO CHARMER (6) has trialled nicely twice since breaking in his Vicbred semi and had won two in a row prior. Draws wide but is up to winning this with manners and even luck. KOTARE RIMU NZ (10) is an interesting newcomer to the Andy Gath yard from NZ where he has been consistent. placing behind start colt Jumal last start. Cops a second line draw but must be kept safe.
