BAY OF BISCAY (6) had been ticking along okay before finding winning form in his latest appearance, drawing on the back row but working to the front before getting home by more than 2m at Maryborough. Should be at his peak now so can strike again. FOX DAN (3) ran his usual good race last time when 1.2 metres from the winner in second at this circuit and distance. Yet to miss a place in 10 tries here, winning six of them, and draws lower than his key rivals so could return to the winners' list. MY ULTIMATE BARNEY (4) finished midfield after racing parked and working last start but had put together a series of top-three finishes prior so could bounce back. CALEXICO (7) draws wide but was solid after an early break last time and should be close to peak fitness.
