ROUGH AND READY (7) continued his impressive run of recent efforts last time out when runner-up over 2000m here on Tuesday, beaten a neck. Owns a good record at this longer distance so could go one better. TWO JULES (4) will find this easier than the last-start fourth at Alexandra Park. Recorded back-to-back wins at this venue prior, one of them over this distance. Big chance. MELTON MOGUL (6) goes back to the 20m mark but must be respected off a string of top-three finishes including wins in his last two outings here. CAPTAIN KOBE (3) was a beaten favourite here two days ago but wasn't far away. Worth another chance.
