WAZZA (10) has had two runs this prep without filling a placing. Was again unable to find the frame last time when he finished sixth over 2090m at this track, beaten 7 metres. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he has the ability to mix it with them. IDEN OLIVER (1) won two starts ago then things went amiss last start when he broke and finished 16 metres away in fourth over 2200m at Launceston. Has the benefit of a good draw. Live chance in a similar assignment. IRON CLAD (9) is also in contention although the draw makes his job a bit tougher.
