Taking on a better field but she is capable of running another big race. NORMANS GIRL (2) is a quality mare who has put together two wins and four minor placings from six starts this prep. Bounced back last time out when she led and battled on well to score by 1.5 metres at Port Pirie over 1609m. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Primary contender based on recent form. ALWAYS BE TECHY (1) is hard to overlook after scoring first-up last start by 10 metres at Mt Gambier over 1780m.
