HES RUNAWAY BAY (7) settled handy then drove to the lead and dug deep only to finish a very close second last start over 2200m at Horsham. Has to contend with a very wide draw. Primary contender based on that recent effort. GYM QUEEN (1) finished third at this track two starts back then was competitive again at her latest appearance over 2100m at Geelong, beaten 14 metres into third after being up on the pace. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Meets a comparable field so she can add to the impressive recent efforts. MI BOW (5) is heading the right way, improving last time out to finish second at Bendigo over 2150m. Genuine threat. LARAS DREAM (2) is the best of the rest after finishing sixth over 2150m at Bendigo last time out.
