SAPPHIRESNDIAMONDS (9) finished second here two runs back as the favourite, then went well again last time over 1710m at Goulburn, finishing 4.5 metres from the winner in third. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw but rates well as a leading contender based on those recent efforts. LETSTACOBOUTIT (8) has been competitive of late and kept the ball rolling last time when 3.5 metres from the winner in fourth over 1770m at this track when trying to lead all of the way. Drawn to enjoy a nice trip in the running and he is well worth a second look. DANCINGONSTARLIGHT (4) is on the radar after her last-start fifth over 1740m at Riverina Paceway a week-and-a-half ago. having her first start at this track and is worth an each-way ticket.
