Aussie wonder mare KEAYANG ZAHARA (2) makes her return to NZ having won the Ascent/Oaks/Derby treble the last time she visited. She has been unstoppable in winning all 12 starts this campaign, eight of them at Group 1 level including a 12.5m romp in the Hammerhead Mile at Menangle when last seen. Ideally drawn and should be able to roll to the front and dictate from there. Impossible to tip against her. GUS (8) is proving a big fan on NZ racing, kicking off this visit with a stunning Flying Mile win here last week when he steamed home late to add to the Dominion Trot/NZ FFA double he landed last year. Has ground to make up on KEAYANG ZAHARA through his fourth in the Hammerhead Mile two back but look for him late. JILLIBY BALLERINI (4) has been runner-up to KEAYANG ZAHARA in their three clashes this campaign but has also managed to win five races including the Terang Cup last start. Strong top-three hope. MEANT TO BE (7) draws wide but is racing well so could add some value to exotics.
