QUEEN ELIDA (5) has been freshened since in the Inter Dominion series where she won two heats and was fifth after racing wide in the final. Kept up to the mark with a trial win and hasn't missed a place either here or at the distance. Top chance. ARCEE PHOENIX (6) was a beaten favourite when runner-up last time but that was his first outing for six weeks so it should have improved him. Prior to that he recorded back-to-back fourths in G1 races in NZ. Has won four of six attempts here. Big chance. KEAYANG CHUCKY (10) cops a tough draw but was a brave second in the Inter Dominion Final when last seen and has a good record here with two wins and two placings from four attempts. LOVEMETO (8) has been racing well since switching to Australia and draws for a trail so could measure up.
