Bathurst Race 9 - Bowyer And Livermore Pace

IM THE MAJOR (7) was far from disgraced when midfield from a wide barrier against better company in a Breeders Challenge heat at Menangle last week. Has to contend with another wide draw but is nicely placed dropping to maiden grade. SAMNATE (8) had a tough draw on the back line when resuming at Eugowra. Draws wide but will be fitter so expecting a good showing. TIC TIC (6) is a three-year-old colt by For A Reason on debut. Has been trialling well so could make an immediate impact. NAVIE JO (2) showed signs of improvement last start and has placed in a trial since. Draws to be competitive.
