Bathurst Race 7 - Hynash Group Gold Crown Final (Group 1)

Promising colt TAKE THE MIKI (3) made it two from two when he drew wider and did some work before proving too good in his heat at this circuit and distance last week. Had shown gate speed on debut prior so expect he will be able to take advantage of the good draw. That could see him tough to stop. MY ULTIMATE JED (5) has led from similar draws to this to win both starts to date, digging deep to get home narrowly in his heat last week. Expect him to push forward again and fight for it at the end. JACWILL KID (1) gets the ace draw again having come from there in both starts so far for a second at Melton on debut and a win in last week's heat when he led to score by 6m. On the up and could take catching. ELECTRICUTE (4) drew on the back row and worked so did well to go under by just a neck last week. Draws better and is progressive. GOCCIADORO (9) was just edged out last week after beating ELECTRICUTE for a winning debut. Draws for a trail and could be dangerous.
