Bathurst Race 6 - Bowyer And Livermore Honouree Stakes Heat One

WISHAS DARLING NZ (11) was an eye catcher when working to the line well for fourth in a NSW Derby heat at Menangle last start. Lightly-raced but showing plenty of promise, winning his first two starts at this circuit and distance and racing parked and missing by a nose in his only other outing. First time on the back row but has more upside than these. LEXYS ON SONG (10) will find this easier than the last attempt in the city and had scored back-to back wins last month, one of them at Menangle. Draws on the back row but can measure up with his A-game. LAYLA SHANNON (2) was relegated to fourth on protest after crossing the line second last week, adding to a series of top four finishes. Draws to be competitive again. JEWEL MISTRESS (4) did a good job to win from the back row at Parkes last time out and should not have any excuses from the favourable draw.
