FLYING SPARKS (4) is going well well having placed in three of her last four starts, retiring with a flat tyre in the other. Raced parked but stuck on well to go under by 2m at Bendigo last week. This could be her chance to break through. ADMIRALOFTHEFLEET (7) has been racing well at this venue, overcoming a back row draw to score two back before going under by 3.7m last time. Must overcome a wide draw but the form reads well. JUST PEDRO (3) hasn't been far away of late, producing a good effort last time out when runner-up at Shepparton. Draws for another good showing. OPTIMAL (8) is proven at this circuit and distance and must be included on the back of some solid recent form, winning two back at Hamilton.
