Showed some ability when a minor placegetter in a recent trial. Makes plenty of appeal and will be sent out as the warm favourite. ROYAL PAT (3) is at the track for the first time. By Royal Aspirations and hails from the Richard & Fiona Stevens stable. Likely to get all the favours from this nice draw. Looks to have some talent based on a recent trial win and is likely to attract plenty of interest from punters. GLENDHU MISCHIEF (7) last appeared when 12th over 2400m at Central Southland Raceway 11 weeks ago after breaking in the running. Expect a better effort to kick off this prep. MIKKO KOIVU (6) could only finish ninth over 2050m at Phar Lap Raceway most recently after breaking at the start. Open to improvement and with better racing manners today is in the mix.
