THE GREEK FREAK (3) had been racing well and maintained the momentum last start when he came from a 20m handicap for second at Gore, his third placing in four starts so far this campaign. Race fit and could break through. HOBBS (11) made a nice return at her latest appearance a month ago, finishing a close second at Central Southland. Lightly raced with upside and her lone career win came over this distance. DONT LOOK KOBE (2) is looming as a threat after a good effort last start, finishing a close second at Cromwell. FATHER NED (6) made a winning start to his career at Central Southland and could go through his grades.
