Alexandra Park Race 2 - SWEET LOU AT WOODLANDS TENDER CLOSES 9 OCT MBL PACE
FIELD OF GOLD (1) has not raced for seven months. Looks forward enough for this return after a minor placing in a recent trial. Has the benefit of a good draw. Well-placed to take this out. NORTHVIEW LOUIE (4) resumes from a spell of five months after closing off last campaign in good form, the last run being a solid third over 1609m at Central Southland Raceway. Will have plenty of admirers. RIVERGIRL MAGGIE (2) is worth another chance after a last-start seventh over 1700m at this track a week ago. ANKLE TAP (3) is a two-year-old gelding by Bettor's Delight from Beaudiene Beaut Babe on debut. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. Showed some ability when a minor placegetter in a recent trial. Sure to prove very hard to beat.

OK debuting here back in March. Trialled mid-Sept & drawn nicely. Market watch.
