SELECT KYRON (1) produced a respectable 28.79 winning over 510m at this track last start in a Maiden H. Top win latest and looms as the one to beat again. DOONGALLA AL (4) caught the eye on debut when charged out of the boxes with a fast early split and led for much of the way before being grabbed late, finishing a 2.5 lengths second at this track over 510m in 28.95. Can only be improved and looks a key chance if runs up to debut effort. AMRON TOMMY (7) turned in a plain run last time when fifth at Sandown over 515m behind Ancient Egyptian (30.66) in a Grade 7. Was a winner prior to that. One of the better chances. COME FIND ME (2) is a last-start placegetter with solid claims again.
