BALANCE THE TILL (1) was below best last time but prior to that was narrowly beaten when fourth (20.05) in a Maiden at this track. Better than last run and makes appeal this time. POOKIE BEAR (3) is yet to break through in six starts but has run a number of placings. Although beaten into second last time was on pace and game in defeat finishing close to the winner. Well-placed to take this out. TUNGSTEN (2) settled well back early on debut and always towards the tail to finish sixth (17.11) at Q Straight over 300m. Can do far better this time. LAKODA JILL (6) was out of the frame here most recently but can atone.
