VERY SAVAGE (2) spotted a start but wound up strongly late and finished third and beaten 2.5 lengths (19.26) at this track in Grade 4/5. Leading chance again. EAST COAST (1) gave a start after copping a check in running and missed the frame when a 48 length seventh (23.39) at Capalaba in a P5. Better than latest and worth another try. BELLVIEW ACES (3) was out of character last run when missing the frame, finishing seventh (20.54) in a Grade 5 at Q Lakeside. Shuffled back off the squeeze box last time and never in it. Solid record here at the distance winning four races. Better than the latest run and deserves another chance. TUTA MOMENT (8) can run a bold race on best form.
