BICEP (8) ran a nice race two back to fill a minor placing then got off the mark last time (16.92) at this track over 300m. Will break from a wide draw. Tougher here but can go on with it. EXCITABLE DASH (1) has been beaten for early speed lately, last time finishing fifth (23.17) in a Grade 7 at Ballarat. One of the better hopes. NANDO BLAST (6) hasn't been far away, finishing in the money twice in a row including last time in a T3 RSTW at this track over 300m. Well placed here and can atone this time. MAD MAX (2) can return to form after missing the top-three at this circuit last time out.
