MEAN AS (6) resumes. Started hard in the market on debut when a fading last in the heavy (10) going at Warwick Farm in a 1300m Super Maiden last August. Returns with the one trial placing over 900m at Rosehill. Rates highly from the inside gate. HARRY'S EVIDENCE (3) progressive gelding expected to shed his Maiden tag this campaign. Came to the end of his prep when a fading fourth over 1300m at Hawkesbury last August. Two trials had merit and has a host of gear changes from the good draw. Shapes as the main danger. HAMMURABI (5) drifted back from the wide gate on debut, before circling the field for a handy fifth over 1100m at Gosford. Looking for this trip and further now. Each way. THE MAGIC MAN (8) returns a gelding after racing in stronger company last time in. Fitted with the two trials and the tongue-tie comes off from the good gate. SUN WARRIOR (7) Saxon Warrior gelding from Silent Sky on debut for the Matt Smith yard. Impressed in his latest trials and must be kept safe.
