READY FOR ZION (9) resumes off a narrow defeat at Eagle Farm and brings a solid trial. She keeps the handy 2kg claim and will be naturally improved. Maps for the run of the race and on what we've seen will go close. SPANISH TREASURE (1) debuts for the top stable and missed a nose in a recent trial at Doomben. Lang sticks from that and brings a 1.5 kg claim. Looks to have good ability, and the betting will be key. SECRET ROSE (10) resumes off two threatening efforts at the provincials. She has to manage an outside barrier but has trialled in good order and won't have to be much improved to feature. SPECIAL ARTIST (2) was expected to need the outing on debut and did a good job placing from back in the field. Draws better today and with that under the belt deserves consideration.
