Yet to win at the distance but has recorded three minor placings. Top contender. BARAK (1) has put together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on July 26 over 1207m when he got home by 1.5 lengths. Winning rider Kyle Carter retains the mount. This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is capable of another big performance. SIR BREGOVIC (4) finished 3 lengths behind the winner in second over 1408m at this track last start after lifting strongly to score two back. Should park just off the speed.
