MECARNO (5) is a lightly-raced but progressive colt who made a strong return after close to seven months, going under by just a head at Maryborough. Draws wider but with improvement likely he can put a win on the board. PRINCESS DU FER (9) progressed off a debut fourth at Melton to go under by just a head as runner-up at Kilmore last week. Draws on the second row this time but has scope for further improvement. AMARTEY (2) continued a string of placings from last campaign when he came from a wider barrier for a resuming third at Kilmore. Fitter for that and is better served by this barrier. ONE MORE MOVE (6) deserves respect having placed in three of four starts so far. Something for the Multiples: TRICKY DIAMOND (10)
